Job summary

Alpine Silica, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, seeks a Plant Operator in Doddridge, AR. You will operate production controls and perform general plant labor to support manufacturing of frac sand and related processes.

The role requires following directions, communicating process issues to leads and supervisors, and helping with maintenance tasks while ensuring QA compliance. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Perform general labor such as plant clean-up.
• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner with or without close supervision.
• Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent about malfunctions or irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with QA program and testing procedures.
• Assist with plant maintenance and inspect for wear or problems.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repairs (greasing, rollers, bearings, belt splices).
• Handle other related duties as assigned.
