Job summary

York Building Products is seeking a Plant Operator to run our crushing and screening operations safely and efficiently. You will monitor the plant, control material flow, ensure product quality, and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track.

You should have experience with crushers, conveyors, screens, and stockpiles, plus the ability to work with HMIs and plant control systems. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an aggregate, crushing, or screening plant.
• Mining, quarry, or aggregate production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of crushers, conveyors, stackers, and aggregate sizing/classifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the plant using the HMI/control system.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to keep production moving.
• Maintain clear communication with the crew and complete daily production reports.
