Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Plant Operator responsible for operating machinery and performing general plant labor, including routine clean-up and assisting machine operators.

You will follow directions, coordinate with shift leads and the Production Superintendent, and ensure QA procedures are followed. You may assist with maintenance tasks and monitor equipment for wear and potential issues, contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years general labor experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate controls used in production and assist machine operators.
• Perform general plant clean-up and housekeeping.
• Follow directions and complete tasks with or without close supervision.
• Communicate process issues to shift leads and supervisor.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and inspect for wear.
• Support QA testing and adherence to QA processes.
