Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of general labor experience, with clear English communication in a plant environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Arkansas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Perform general labor such as plant clean-up.
• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Operate plant equipment using PLC systems.
• Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent about malfunctions.
• Assist with QA programs and testing processes as required.
• Assist maintenance with routine tasks and inspections.
