Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production controls and assist machine operators.
• Perform general plant clean-up and routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Operate plant equipment utilizing PLC systems.
• Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent regarding malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with QA programs and testing procedures.
• Assist with plant maintenance and inspect for wear or problems.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance (greasing, bearings, belts).
• Train belts for tracking, change screens, manage polymer batching systems, and perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
