Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Plant Operator to operate production machinery and perform general labor such as plant clean-up in a manufacturing setting. You will operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators, work with PLC systems, and communicate with shift leads and the Production Superintendent about any process malfunctions.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of general labor experience; English communication required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years general labor experience with lifting and moving materials.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators.
Perform general labor such as plant clean-up.
Follow directions and complete tasks with or without close supervision.
Operate plant equipment utilizing PLC systems.
Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent about process malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with QA program and testing procedures.
Assist with plant maintenance and inspect for wear and potential problems.
Assist maintenance technicians with routine tasks (greasing, rollers, bearings, belts).
May perform cleaning of spilled sand, belt tracking, changing screens, and polymer batching maintenance.
Performs other related duties as required.
