• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Able to meet physical requirements listed (outdoor work in all weather, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant units to ensure optimal performance and safe operation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Lab, and service departments for smooth plant operation.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety and environmental policies in daily tasks.
• Review and update operating manuals, SOPs and SOCL for accuracy and safety.
• Continuously learn the process unit areas and board operations.
