Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physical capability to walk long distances on various surfaces.
• Work outdoors in all weather with PPE.
• Climb ladders and stairs to significant heights.
• Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment and controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant units to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Lab, and other departments for smooth runs.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental policies.
• Review and update operating manuals, SOPs, and SOCL as needed.
• Continuously improve processes and knowledge of unit areas.
