Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CMMS with asset data and work orders.
• Test and monitor mechanical systems including chilled water and building controls.
• Coordinate with facilities and engineering on outages and renovations.
• Monitor vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation and reports.
• Participate in on-call troubleshooting.
