Responsibilities include planning day-to-day operations, scheduling maintenance, and mentoring technicians to optimize equipment availability and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate degree, or Vocational School graduate, or work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain central energy plant, boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Develop maintenance schedules and mentor staff to ensure efficient, safe plant operations.
