Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Licensed Chief Plant Operator and supervise plant maintenance tasks. You will lead and coordinate daily operations and step in as Chief when necessary, working with a team of plant staff.

The role requires 4 years of boiler operation experience in a high‑pressure boiler plant, a valid Michigan Driver License, and a State of Michigan Second Class Stationary Engineer license; a $5,000 sign‑on bonus applies.
