Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a Line of Business: Aggregates Plant Operator I to operate and monitor plant equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production at our site. You will perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and maintain accurate production records.

You should have the ability to learn heavy industrial equipment operation, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing conditions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.00 to $28.75 per hour
