Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a capable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Aggregates team. You will operate heavy equipment safely to support production, perform routine inspections, and help maintain a secure, efficient work site.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist with loading, transporting, and handling materials as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
