Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a motivated general labor associate to support plant operations in a demanding outdoor setting. You will handle housekeeping, material handling, and assist with routine equipment maintenance while following safety procedures to uphold a strong safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
  • Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
  • Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
  • Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-employment pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
