Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair boiler and/or chiller systems.
• Perform water treatment on boilers, steam systems, chillers and cooling towers.
• Assist with boiler/chiller teardown and major maintenance.
• Winterize chillers and cooling towers; troubleshoot HVAC controls.
• Communicate effectively with staff and prioritize workload.
• Submit timekeeping documentation accurately and timely.
