Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in Boiler Operation and Maintenance, Chiller Operation, or HVAC Systems.

• HVAC Technician Certification and Universal EPA License preferred.

• Operate and maintain Chiller Plant equipment including chillers and pumps.
• Operate and maintain Boiler Plant equipment including steam boilers and hot water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
