Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking Plant Operators in Florida to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and site work. Duties include loading/unloading, inventory monitoring, material testing, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a related field, strong communication, reading comprehension, time management, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; rotating shifts and overtime may

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant training/certification.
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to support a zero-injury culture.
• Monitor loading/unloading of materials and inventory.
• Test materials and inspect equipment for safety and quality.
• Record data, prepare tickets for billing, and communicate with supervisors.
• Operate loading equipment and production machinery, start/stop systems.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and contribute to on-site operations.
