Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Plant Operator within 40 miles of Calumet, OK or relocation. You will operate and maintain processing equipment such as compressors, motors, engines and turbines, monitor conditions, and prepare equipment for maintenance with proper safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, work logs, dials, gauges, charts, procedures, and manuals.
Licenses and Certifications required.
DOT and safety compliance awareness.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain plant equipment including compressors, motors, engines, pumps and turbines.
Monitor and control equipment operating conditions.
Start, stop and operate equipment; prepare for maintenance with permits/lockout-tagout.
Assist mechanics in repairs and report safety/environmental concerns.
Maintain time sheets, work logs, safety/environmental forms and maintenance records.
Drive and ensure maintenance is completed on company vehicles; DOT responsibilities as assigned.
