Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. North Bend, WA is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production goals.

You will monitor plant processes, perform routine inspections to maintain product quality, and troubleshoot operational issues while communicating maintenance needs promptly. You will follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

$31.23 to $48.46 per hour.
