Position Overview: The Plant Operator is responsible for executing basic production tasks in the Paint Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and execute production processes including, but not limited to, operating the podium, catwalk, bagging, cutting, wrapping, mixing, and filling lines.
2. Operate machinery according to the operations manual, best practices, and provided instructions.
3. Perform proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensure quality and production output of equipment.
4. Comply with all company policies and guidelines.
5. Assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead or Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
3. Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
4. Ability to earn forklift certification.
5. Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs.; stand up to 11 hours daily.
6. Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
7. This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
8. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
