Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Plant Operator to join our bottling team in Ohio. You will ensure safe, efficient operations across multiple stations, handle loading/unloading of water bottles, and maintain precise records.

The role requires hands-on work in a factory setting and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, operating forklift and pallet jacks, and rotating through stations to support continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and communication required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Safety shoes required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a wet warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established safety procedures.
• Manage loading/unloading of 5-3-gallon water bottles, both empty and full.
• Rotate across different stations in the bottling process.
• Perform general warehouse and facility duties as assigned.

• Showcase teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
• Rotate across different stations in the bottling process.
• Perform general warehouse and facility duties as assigned.
• Abide by all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Maintain accurate records of work assignments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Safety shoes are required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Capability to twist/bend for extended periods.
• Proficient use of a forklift/pallet jack.
• This role involves working in a warehouse washroom setting where you may get wet.
