Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, loading materials onto trucks, and ensuring inventory accuracy while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts and hand tools, maintain clean work areas, manage paperwork, and assist with installations as needed. The position offers medical, dental, vision, 401(K), PTO, and product discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment (carts, forklifts (10%), hand tools) to load water, chemicals, and equipment onto trucks and store fronts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and conduct regular tests for quality assurance.
• Maintain warehouse facilities, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Manage required paperwork.
• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear.
• Additional duties may include preparing equipment for installations and warehouse maintenance.
• Have positive customer interactions multiple times per day.
