Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from college or technical school, or related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation and departmental overviews of plant operations.
• Learn yields, variances, and SOPs; assist with improvements.
• Gain understanding of stockyards, harvest operations, and fabrication floor.
• Collaborate with QA/FSQA to ensure product specifications and safety.
• Support day-to-day production tasks and communicate performance expectations.
