Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator Warehouse Trainee in American Falls, Idaho. This full-time role supports packaging lines, moves pallets, and ensures timely delivery of materials and finished goods under supervision the Cold Storage Lead and a Warehouse Manager.

The position requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am shifts with overtime as needed. GMP compliance and PPE use are mandatory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a forklift operator position.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work all shifts: 7am – 7pm, 7pm – 7am.
• Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice policies and wear PPE as required.
• Must be available for scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

Responsibilities

• Remove pallets of finished product from manufacturing areas and verify counts and locations.
• Stage and load orders, audit for sanitation and damages, and record on Bill of Lading.
• Count inventory and ensure correct items and quantities are shipped; prioritize tasks to support lines.
