Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a plant operator in Baldwin, IL. You will safely operate plant equipment, oversee loading/unloading of fly ash, and monitor inventory while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication for conveying instructions and reporting issues.
• Observes safety and security procedures to protect people and equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety guidelines.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Load and unload fly ash from silos to trucks or rail cars.
• Operate loading equipment and production equipment for start up and shut down.
