Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Business/HR preferred.
• 3–5 years administrative experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, accuracy, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to manage confidential information professionally with employees, leaders, vendors and visitors.
• Commitment to safety, service, collaboration, and a positive plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad support to Bay Minette plant leaders, departments, employees, visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate plant/department meetings including scheduling, setup, catering, attendance, and minutes.
• Support plant events, employee engagement activities, and site initiatives including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Maintain department records, SharePoint content, organizational charts, job descriptions, and contact lists.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations, spreadsheets, safety docs, and inspection records.
• Support procurement/invoice processes and PO tracking, billing follow-up, renewals, and discrepancies.
• Administer site processes like uniforms, badges, PPE, office supplies, and mail distribution.
• Greet visitors, issue badges, communicate safety expectations, and assist questions or needs.
• Enter, scan, upload, file and maintain documents and data accurately and confidentially.
• Identify discrepancies and contribute to improving administrative processes.
