Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED typically required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations including system performance, equipment function, and production activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to support reliability and uptime.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA, PHMSA, EPA and company policies.
• Lead and coach operators and field personnel to meet safety and production targets.
• Document operational activities and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
