Job Summary: Assists the Facilities Director with managerial duties required to operate and maintain OSU-TULSA, including supervision of Building Engineers, operation of boilers, chillers, motors, and auxiliaries, and vendor interactions for HVAC and fire alarm systems. Ensures comfortable temperatures for staff, faculty, and students.
Environmental Hazards: Possible exposure to hazardous materials, hot and cold environments.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, kneel, crawl, crouch, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.
