Unifoil Printing in Fairfield, NJ seeks a hands-on Plant Operations Superintendent to align people, processes, and safety for world-class production. You will own daily operations, develop schedules, and mentor a growing team to deliver on-time output with top quality.

Lead QA integration, drive data-driven improvements, and enforce GMP and safety. Bilingual communication in English and Spanish will enhance cross-team collaboration and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven success as a Production Manager or manufacturing leader.
• Thorough understanding of production workflows and quality control principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including Spanish language proficiency.
• Fluency with data analysis and production management tools.
• Detail-driven and capable in a high-velocity environment.
