The Home Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the private duty home care agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that meet organizational, state, and regulatory standards.
This role provides leadership in staffing, clinical oversight, business operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance while promoting service excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. The Home Care Manager collaborates with community leadership, supports staff development, and works to expand agency services through effective program management and community engagement.

Qualifications:
