CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is seeking an Office Technician (Plant Operations) to provide essential clerical support for the East Facility’s Plant Operations team. The role involves independent handling of correspondence, training assistance to staff, and processing BIS/SAP purchase documents with minimal review of work.

Working in San Luis Obispo County, the position is in office hours with a 0730-1530 shift, Monday through Friday.

Competenze

• Typing speed required as designated on Class Specifications.
• Must obtain valid typing certificate before hire.
• Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview/appointment.

Mansioni

• Serve as sole clerical support to Plant Operations staff at the East Facility.
• Process purchase documents for goods and services using BIS/SAP in the Plant Operations area.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff in office support functions.
• Relief and/or back-up to the TRIRIGA Analyst.
