Job summary

Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Manager to direct 24/7 plant operations with a focus on safety, production, maintenance, and quality. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and coordinate with project managers to meet production goals on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of plant leadership experience and a background in process technology, plus knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience directing plant operations and leading teams.
• Two- or four-year degree in process technology or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems (PCS) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant operations, safety, production, maintenance, quality, and shipping on a 24/7 basis.
• Coordinate with Estimators/PMs to meet production needs cost-effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training for current and future leaders.
• Manage materials inventory and capital assets maintenance.
• Monitor plant performance and enforce housekeeping and safety programs.
