Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or US military experience) required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain forklift certification and demonstrate safe operation.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed English instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Willingness to learn technology-based devices (scanners, tablets, PLCs).
• Meet or exceed production requirements and wear safety equipment.
• Must be available to work any day/shift, overtime as needed.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment to mix and transfer products safely.
• Unload/load liquids and solids from trucks, tankers, railcars.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
• Package and label materials and repack as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Comply with hazardous materials handling rules.
