You will plan and assign work, improve processes, manage orders, and collaborate across departments. Qualifications include 3–5 years supervisory experience, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to use multiple

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Give input into employment decisions. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas.Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to management.
• Manage Manufacturing Orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work proactively to improve processes and prevent issues that may impact company performance.
