Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years working with a complex Manufacturing Organization.
• Deep Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple production lines to drive efficiency.
• Manage and develop teams, including training and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
