A leading manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for their Stoughton, Wisconsin facility. This role involves P&L responsibility, oversight of plant operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a safety-first environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing. Compensation includes a salary up to $160K and an annual bonus.
