Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a plant supervisor to oversee hourly production employees and manage day-to-day operations. You will plan and schedule activities to meet production targets while enforcing safety and environmental policies.

Training and teamwork are key parts of the role, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a solid understanding of production methods and quality
