Job summary

Alliance Fleet in Corona, CA, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at the Corona Facility with light travel to Gardena.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will manage production workflow, staffing, quality, and client satisfaction while ensuring on-time, on-budget upfitting of vehicles to client specifications.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and strong vendor relations, with weekly pay and a typical 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or general management within automotive fleet/upfitting industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including production workflow, scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
• Lead and develop staff, promote a high-performance, customer-oriented culture.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, fleet managers, and commercial clients.
