Job summary

Rivierre Recruit seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to own the production floor and warehousing operations in Corona, CA. You will drive Lean initiatives, supervise front-line managers, and partner with HR, engineering, and accounting to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient plant performance.

With 10+ years in manufacturing and a degree in engineering or business, you will manage two shifts, oversee multiple departments, and ensure daily targets are achieved while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with time in a production management or plant leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• On-site availability 5 days per week in Corona

Responsibilities

• Own the entire production floor and warehousing operation, from raw material mixing through finished product leaving the facility.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Lead, guide, and develop front-line department leads.
• Directly manage warehouse, production manager, and planning managers.
• Serve as the hands-on continuous improvement and Lean champion on the floor.
• Oversee two shifts, ensuring proper coverage, staffing, and output.
• Ensure daily production targets are met by each department and team member.
• Partner with HR, engineering, continuous improvement, and accounting to keep operations running smoothly.
• Uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the plant.

• Partner closely with HR, engineering, continuous improvement, and accounting to keep operations running smoothly
• Uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the plant
