Job summary

Voltage Energy Storage is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency targets are met. You will oversee daily plant performance, workforce management, production planning, equipment installation and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement and operational readiness for a new facility.

This leadership role requires building high-performing teams, coordinating with Supply Chain, and delivering on-time production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years manufacturing leadership experience, 5+ in plant manager or senior ops.
Experience with plant startup or new facility launches preferred.
Strong knowledge of production planning, lean, and quality systems.
Ability to build and scale high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, warehousing, and logistics.
Translate organizational goals into daily operational plans and performance targets.
Ensure production schedules meet customer delivery requirements and cost objectives.
Drive operational excellence through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory standards across manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with Supply Chain for material availability and inventory accuracy.
Lead pre-launch, commissioning, and site readiness for new facility.
