Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive environment
• Maintain safety-first culture and implement safety standards
• Keep operations on time and within budget
• Monitor demand and capacity to maintain proper hourly labor levels
• Develop systems to track safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Communicate effectively at all levels and across the facility
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and coach staff
• Assist Plant Manager with budgets and resource planning
• Develop training and motivation programs for staff
• Support enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
