Job summary

The role includes acting as a consultant for other plants and corporate, and collaborating with R&D and Marketing to align manufacturing with product launches.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of plant management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong verbal communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Excellent written communication and ability to develop reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data (cost, production, quality, safety, service, human relations) with department heads to optimize plant performance.
• Spend time on-site reviewing operations, engaging with associates, and soliciting improvement ideas.
• Train and coach department heads and supervisors in problem solving, priority setting, and labor relations.
