Responsibilities

• Direct daily sheet plant operations across multiple sites to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, waste, downtime and labor efficiency.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, warehousing, scheduling and logistics functions.
• Develop strategies to improve operational performance and equipment utilization.
• Champion safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance and environmental requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and defects with Quality personnel.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and minimize waste.
