Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant safety, production, maintenance, quality, training and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate activities through department managers to meet objectives on time and within cost.
• Develop and control costs, plans and budget.
• Implement cost-control systems and manage capital expenditures.
• Provide direction and leadership to production managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
