Job summary

East Trailers LLC in Kentucky seeks an experienced Operations Leader to own plant performance across production, maintenance and facility operations. You will drive safety, reliability and cost-efficiency through discipline, Lean daily management and data-driven decision making.

Lead a high-performing team and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve on-time production, uptime and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Own plant results by leading production, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Drive on-time production and capacity execution.
• Lead safe, compliant operations in partnership with EHS.
• Implement Lean daily management and problem-solving discipline.
• Own cost, productivity, and budget performance.
• Ensure process reliability, maintenance, and uptime.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Lead with data: KPIs, accountability, and execution rigor.
• Partner cross-functionally (Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Support labor relations and workforce alignment.
