Job summary

Tip Top Poultry Inc. seeks an individual contributor to uphold food safety and quality across all manufacturing areas. You will oversee lab operations, ensure certifications, and drive process improvements using the latest technologies and methodologies.

Collaborating with production, supply chain, and sales, you will manage regulatory risk and lead technical projects from start to finish, delivering measurable quality enhancements and compliance across the facility in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA food safety regulations.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, and GFSI programs.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as individual contributor supporting food safety and quality across all manufacturing aspects.
• Oversee laboratory operations and certifications for food chemistry and internal microbiology labs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement new technologies.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead corrective action and preventative action investigations.
• Manage regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
• Lead technical projects from inception through execution and evaluate outcomes.
