• Drive production operations to meet company goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and lead actions.
• Drive production of customer orders to meet or exceed expectations.
• Schedule resources, equipment, and workflow for on-time delivery.
• Oversee raw material resources, warehouse inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliant execution of ISPM-15 processes and safety reporting.
