The ideal candidate brings a strong leadership background, experience in industrial settings, and proficiency in data tracking. A Bachelor’s in Business Administration is preferred with a capability to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of related experience in an industrial setting.
• Gas industry experience a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and plant performance tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• No specific licenses or registrations required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support all aspects of the industrial cylinder fill plant operations, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and Airgas policies.
• Empower and support supervisors to provide effective leadership in a dynamic environment.
• Investigate and report any injuries or accidents, addressing root causes to maintain safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant where safety is valued.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and meet standards.
• Address associate complaints and grievances while ensuring pre-employment alignment.
• Collaborate to implement continuous improvements in production methods and equipment performance.
