Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating daily plant activities, managing resources, updating production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. A background in precast concrete and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) can be beneficial.
• 5-10 years of experience in the precast concrete industry.
• Prior management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day activities of manufacturing departments and plants.
• Directs a work force of 30-50 through managers and supervisors.
• Sets up and updates schedules in coordination with engineering, sales, and shipping.
• Monitors performance and implements productivity improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Produces reports for accounting and monitoring production output.
• Ensures high quality products meeting specifications and safety standards.
• Maintains safe work environment and coordinates with maintenance on repairs.
• Coordinates with purchasing to ensure timely materials supply.
