• 8+ years experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Security clearance required.
• Travel: 80-100%, weekly travel to on-site client location.
• Location: US locations open, relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations with a focus on Quality, On-Time Delivery, and production efficiency.
• Implement and enforce standardized work and repeatable production methods.
• Drive ERP / NetSuite execution and rollout of upcoming functionality.
• Assess layout and material flow; implement improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Build operational discipline with KPIs and daily management routines.
• Identify performance gaps and lead turnaround-style initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and frontline teams.
